For venues using Smart Dining
Restaurants that onboard to Smart Dining remain independent operators responsible for permits, food safety, staffing, pricing, taxes, and compliance with employment and public accommodation laws.
This summary is informational. Commercial terms—fees, term length, service levels, and data processing obligations—are set forth in the order form or merchant agreement accepted in the restaurant console.
Venues receive guest information necessary to fulfill reservations and orders. Venues must use that data only for hospitality purposes and marketing that complies with applicable law and any consent guests provided.
Smart Dining may aggregate or de-identified analytics across venues for product improvement; such data does not identify individual guests.
Restaurants grant Smart Dining a license to display menus, imagery, and availability to guests. Restaurants represent they have rights to the content they upload.
For full contractual terms, authorized venue administrators should refer to the Merchant & Marketplace Agreement in the restaurant portal or contact sales.
