Who may run promotions

Promotions may be funded by Smart Dining, a Restaurant, or a brand partner. The sponsor identified in the offer is responsible for describing eligibility, exclusions, and expiration unless we state otherwise.

Rules

Unless explicitly permitted, offers may not be combined with other discounts, employee pricing, or third-party delivery subsidies.

Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value unless required by law, and may be limited per household or device to prevent abuse.

Taxes and tips are typically calculated on pre-discount subtotals unless a promotion states that it includes tax.

Errors and termination

We may cancel orders or bookings that exploit obvious pricing errors or technical bugs. We may discontinue promotions early when inventory or budget limits are reached, to the extent permitted by law.
