Program basics

Loyalty features, if offered, may be operated by Smart Dining, a Restaurant, or jointly. Program rules—including earn rates, tier thresholds, and expiration—are displayed in the app for each active program.

Points or rewards have no monetary value except as required by law and may be revoked if earned through fraud or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes and termination

We may modify or end programs with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may have a limited period to redeem outstanding rewards as described in the program terms.

Taxes

Rewards may be taxable in your jurisdiction; consult a tax advisor for large awards.
