Menu items, timing, and fulfillment
Your purchase contract for prepared items is with the Restaurant. Smart Dining facilitates transmission of the order and payment authorization where applicable.
Menu descriptions, photos, and allergen statements are supplied by the Restaurant. Always inform staff of severe allergies directly when collecting orders or dining in.
Prices, taxes, and fees shown at checkout reflect data provided by the Restaurant and tax engines. Rounding, bag fees, or bottle deposits may adjust totals before charge settlement.
If an item is unavailable, the Restaurant may offer substitutions or cancel the line item; you will not be charged for items not provided.
Ready times are estimates. Traffic, kitchen volume, or events may cause delays. Notifications through the app are informational.
Pre-orders tied to reservations or waitlists are fulfilled according to the Restaurant’s operational sequence; seating may still depend on host stand procedures.
Alcohol, cannabis-related products where legal, or other restricted items require valid ID at pickup or table service. The Restaurant may refuse service if verification fails.
